Shinko FZ Series Intrinsically Safe Bench Scales

The Shinko FZ Series of Intrinsically Safe Bench Scales are ATEX approved for Zones 0, 1 and 2 applications. All the FZ models have IP65 rating allowing them to be used in tough environments. Stainless steel construction with a choice of two indicators i.e. i02 and i03. Both with Date and Time, Check-weighing and counting functions. The i03 indicator has two additional sub-displays for displaying Tare Weight, Gross Weight, Lower and Upper limits, Date and Time etc. Scale supplied with mains PSU with 5m of cable for use in a safe area. All models supplied with 1m of cable with column mounting for the display except models FZ150K1GFEx and FZ300K1GFEx which have 5m of cable.

EX Zone 0,1 & 2 Hazardous use: Weighing operation must be often carried out in hazardous area in industry like pharmaceutical, aloma-chemicals, etc, The Ex models of the FZ series comply with category 1G (Zone 0, 1 and 2). All advantages such as "two-in-one", IP protection, excellent weighing performance are available in FZ series.

High Capacity and High Precision – Two in One: VibraFZ series combines high capacity and high precision in single unit. Unique technology "tuning-fork" sensor enables "two-in-one" feature. This unique technology also ensures excellent weighing performance and long-term stability even in tough condition.

Secelctable Indicator: You can choose one of two indicators, i02 type and i03 type. i03 type has two sub-displays in which two additional information can be indicated (tare weight, gross weight, lower and upper limit, etc..) It make 

IP protection, easy to clean: All models in FZ series have IP protection (rating 65) which allows FZ to be used in tough environment. After daily operation you can wash FZ with water and keep balance in clean condition
