Ohaus Valor 2000 Waterproof Food scale with IP68 rating and a choice of easy to clean ABS plastic housing (PWE) or stainless steel housing (XWE) and stainless weigh pan. Safe to use in the weighing of liquids and in wet environments. Front and rear displays with 20.5mm bright red LED digits. Polycarbonate keypad that can endure contact with knives or sharp instruments. Weighing units kg & g. Power is from 12v DC adapter and internal rechargeable battery with up to 50 hours between charges.Optional large stainless steel plate 300mm x 225mm. Ideal for Bakeries and food preparation.
