The Ohaus Valor 2000 V22XWE6T Waterproof Food scale has IP68 rating and a an easy to clean Stainless steel housing (XWE) and stainless weigh pan. Safe to use in the weighing of liquids and in wet environments. Large front and rear LED with 20.5mm bright red LED digits displays allow for easy viewing so two operators can share one scale. Polycarbonate keypad that can endure contact with knives or sharp instruments. Weighing units kg & g. Power is from 12v DC adapter and internal rechargeable battery with up to 50 hours between charges. Capacity 6kg x 1g. Weigh plate 242mm x 190mm.
Optional large stainless steel plate 300mm x 225mm. Ideal for Bakeries and food preparation.
